Book your stay at Chalet Sodamin Alpin Hohentauern

The chalet is at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.

Upon reservation we ask for a deposit in the amount of 10% of the total price.

The full booking price is due one month before arrival.

For an easier allocation we ask you to indicate name, reservation number and/or date of arrival.

Up to 1 month before arrival: You will be refunded the full travel price (including deposit).
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 100% of the travel price.

Updated cancellation policy for Covid-19 pandemic-related travel restrictions:

Free rebooking or cancellation up to the day of arrival in the event of the following:

• In case of border closure or entry ban into the vacation region of Styria or exit ban from the home community.
• in case of Covid-19 conditional travel warning of the responsible Austrian ministry for the vacation destination in the vacation region Styria
• if you yourself or one of your fellow travelers are Covid-19 positive or are officially segregated as a K1 person.
